HOW TO BOOK

Accommodation can be booked through the on-line registration form no later than April 1, 2010. As the number of rooms available for the Conference is limited, your choice of hotel can not be guaranteed after that date. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered, and applications will be processed on a first come – first served basis.

Cancellations received before April 1, 2010 are free of charge. After this date one room night will be charged to your credit card.

Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel at check-out.

Please note: Accommodation can be secured by credit card only: The number of your credit card  (expiry date) is required as an accommodation guarantee.
